Lead Teacher

Lead Teachers guide daily classroom instruction while supporting children’s learning, development, and classroom routines.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in an early childhood education setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, or willingness to teach in Spanish
  • Current Criminal Record, Child Abuse, NSOR, and FBI clearances
Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to support classroom instruction, learning activities, and daily care routines.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in an early childhood education setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, or willingness to teach in Spanish
  • Current Criminal Record, Child Abuse, NSOR, and FBI clearances
Floater / Classroom Aide

Floaters and Classroom Aides provide additional classroom support wherever needed throughout the center.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in an early childhood education setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, or willingness to teach in Spanish
  • Current Criminal Record, Child Abuse, NSOR, and FBI clearances
