Yes. Families are welcome to schedule a tour to visit the center, learn about the programs, and see the learning environment before making an enrollment decision. Please visit the Schedule a Visit page to request an appointment.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Families may submit an application here at any time to start the enrollment process or join the waiting list if a space is not currently available.

Enrollment forms can be downloaded here or requested through the main office. Families may choose to receive the forms by email or mail if needed.

Tuition rates, fees, and related payment policies are available on the Enrollment page. Families may also request a copy from the main office.

Openings most commonly occur before the start of a new school year, although spaces may become available whenever a currently enrolled child leaves the program. When an opening becomes available, families are contacted based on their position on the waiting list.

A child is added to the waiting list after a completed enrollment application has been received by the center.

Additional forms may be required depending on your family’s circumstances. Health records and other required enrollment documents may be submitted with the application or provided before enrollment is finalized.

Grace Kids Academy Enrollment Team will contact families immediately to confirm application has been received and to follow up next steps to enroll. Families are contacted as soon as opening becomes available, If you would like to confirm status of your child’s application, please contact main office at any time.

Once a space becomes available, families are invited to participate in an intake and orientation meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity to review the program, complete remaining enrollment requirements, and prepare for your child’s first day.

The meeting helps teachers and families prepare for a successful transition into the program. Topics typically include:

• Emergency contacts and authorized pick-up information.
• Food allergies, medical needs, and activity restrictions.
• Your child’s daily routines, interests, and comfort with new environments.
• Program policies and procedures are outlined in the Family Handbook.

Starting child care is a significant transition for many children and families. It is common for children to experience a mix of excitement, curiosity, and uncertainty as they adjust to a new environment, new routines, and new caregivers. Working together, families and teachers can help children become familiar with the program and build confidence over time.

Helpful ways to support the transition include:

1. Learn about the daily classroom routine and ask questions during the enrollment process.
2. Share information about your child’s routines, interests, and individual needs during the intake meeting.
3. Become familiar with the classroom environment, daily schedule, and planned learning activities.
4. Keep good-byes warm, reassuring, and consistent to help establish a predictable routine.
5. Consider shorter visits or transition days, when available, before your child’s first full day.
6. Continue conversations at home about classroom experiences and new friendships.
7. Build positive communication with your child’s teachers to support consistency between home and school.
8. Reach out to a teacher or administrator whenever questions or concerns arise so they can be addressed together.
